In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "z3game", "we", "us", "our" refers to the z3game platform, accessible at z3game.vip, and the internationally licensed gaming operator responsible for its operation.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on z3game or who accesses the z3game platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" means the z3game website, mobile browser interface, all gaming products, the sportsbook, the live casino, the slots lobby, the player account area, and all related services.
• "Account" means the individual registered player account created upon successful completion of the z3game registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the player from their own personal payment method and available for wagering or withdrawal, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins value, or other incentive funds credited to a player account subject to wagering conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, including document submission and identity checks required before withdrawal processing.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which all player balances on z3game are denominated.

By accessing the z3game platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the z3game platform and close your account if one has been created.

These Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with any additional terms specific to individual promotions, game-type rules, or sportsbook regulations that z3game may publish from time to time. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and any specific product or promotion terms, the specific terms shall prevail with respect to that product or promotion only.

To access real-money gaming services on z3game, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your Pakistani CNIC, a valid email address, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth.

You are strictly prohibited from registering more than one account on z3game. Each individual may hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under different names, different email addresses, or different payment methods — are a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension and permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any balances contained within them.

• You must provide truthful information during registration. Providing false or misleading personal details is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your z3game account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes.
• You must notify z3game support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• z3game accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their login credentials.
• Account registration and use is for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Operating an account on behalf of a third party is not permitted.

The following eligibility criteria must be satisfied by all z3game account holders. z3game reserves the right to verify compliance with these criteria at any time and to suspend or close accounts that do not meet them.

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. z3game operates a strict 21+ policy. Any player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately closed and all funds dealt with in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion arrangement with z3game or any linked gaming operator. Attempting to open or use an account during a self-exclusion period is a breach of these Terms.
• Personal Funds: You confirm that all funds deposited to your z3game account are from a legitimate personal source and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity.
• Not a Problem Gambler Under Exclusion: You confirm that you have not been diagnosed with a gambling disorder, or that if you have previously sought treatment, you are using z3game's responsible gaming tools accordingly.

z3game accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and domestic bank transfer. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). z3game does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside z3game's control.

Deposits are credited to your z3game account balance upon confirmation of receipt from the relevant payment processor. In rare cases of technical delay, deposits may take up to 30 minutes to appear. If your deposit has not been credited after 60 minutes, contact z3game support with your transaction reference number.

• Only deposits made from payment methods registered in your own name will be accepted. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• z3game reserves the right to reject deposits from payment sources that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are communicated within the z3game account deposit interface. These limits may be adjusted at z3game's discretion.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to a z3game account. Contact support before making a deposit if you are uncertain about limits or processing times.

Withdrawals from z3game are processed exclusively to payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. z3game does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests submitted to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.

All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification before the first payout is released. z3game may request additional documentation at any stage. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of the withdrawal request until the matter is resolved.

• Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once your account has completed the required KYC verification process, including submission and approval of a valid Pakistani CNIC.
• z3game charges no withdrawal fees. The amount you request is the amount you receive, subject to any minimum withdrawal threshold in effect at the time.
• Any active bonus balance must be wagered in full before the real money component of your balance can be withdrawn, unless the applicable promotion terms state otherwise.
• z3game reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where there is reasonable cause to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• In the event of account closure at z3game's discretion due to a terms breach, the operator reserves the right to withhold withdrawal of any balance pending investigation.

z3game offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus-derived winnings.

z3game operates a strict one-bonus-at-a-time policy. Players may not hold multiple active bonus offers simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using different accounts or payment methods constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all related funds.

• Bonuses are credited to your Bonus Balance and are separate from your Real Money Balance. The order in which balances are used for wagering is communicated within the account wallet interface.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds that expire before wagering requirements are met are forfeited without compensation.
• z3game reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not retroactively disadvantage players who have already opted into the promotion in good faith.
• z3game may decline to credit a bonus, or may reclaim a bonus already credited, where the operator has reasonable grounds to believe the player is engaging in bonus abuse, coordinated play, or any other activity designed to exploit promotional offers.

All games available on the z3game platform are governed by the individual game rules published within each game's interface and by the terms of the relevant game supplier. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including but not limited to disconnection, software error, or server failure — the outcome of the affected round may be voided at z3game's discretion. Any winnings arising from a technically malfunctioning game may be withheld pending investigation.

z3game's sportsbook operates under its own set of sport-specific rules which govern bet acceptance, settlement, void conditions, and in-play betting procedures. All sportsbook bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of acceptance. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.

• All games on z3game use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined solely by certified RNG and are not influenced by z3game or any third party.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage published for each game reflects the theoretical long-term statistical return and does not guarantee any specific outcome within an individual session.
• z3game's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round or sportsbook bet is final, subject to the formal complaints process described in the platform's support documentation.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game or betting interface. Bets placed outside permitted limits may be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the z3game platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended, all associated balances forfeited, and the matter referred to the relevant regulatory authority or law enforcement agency where applicable.

• Creating or operating more than one registered account on z3game.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using z3game for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that constitutes a financial crime under applicable law.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities in any game or the sportsbook.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the z3game platform in place of genuine manual play.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void.
• Systematic arbitrage betting or matched betting strategies designed to guarantee profit by exploiting promotional bonus terms.
• Attempting to access z3game using a VPN or proxy service in a manner designed to circumvent geographic or account-based restrictions.
• Any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing towards z3game staff or other players via any communication channel.

All content on the z3game platform — including but not limited to the z3game brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and data — is the property of z3game or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms grants the player any right, licence, or interest in any z3game intellectual property.

You are prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, transmitting, displaying, modifying, or creating derivative works from any z3game content without the prior express written consent of z3game. Unauthorised use of z3game's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, z3game shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses arising from game outcomes, sportsbook settlements, technical malfunctions, or platform unavailability.

z3game's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

z3game does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously without interruption or error. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond z3game's reasonable control may result in temporary platform unavailability.

z3game collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at z3game.vip/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm your acknowledgement of the z3game Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming obligations, and — where you have provided consent — marketing communications. z3game does not sell personal player data to unaffiliated third parties. Data sharing occurs only with licensed payment processors, identity verification partners, and regulatory bodies where required by the operator's licensing obligations.

z3game is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all registered account holders and can be activated via the account settings area or by contacting 24/7 support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control total spending.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over a defined period to prevent excessive losses.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for individual gaming sessions, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a temporary break from gaming of between 24 hours and 30 days without closing your account permanently.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the z3game platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months and is processed within 24 hours of request.

z3game enforces a strict 21+ age policy and actively implements measures to prevent underage gambling, including age verification checks and monitoring for indicators of underage play. z3game does not target marketing at individuals who have self-excluded or who have indicated they are experiencing gambling-related harm.

Either party may terminate the player account relationship at any time. A player may close their account by submitting a written request to z3game support. Upon receipt, z3game will process the closure within 5 business days, provided there are no pending withdrawal requests, active bonus wagering requirements, or outstanding investigations.

z3game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it determines that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected, where required by its licensing obligations, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk of harm — including to the player themselves.

Upon account closure for any reason other than a confirmed terms breach, the player's real money balance will be returned via their registered withdrawal method following the completion of any required verification. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure in all circumstances.

z3game reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they meaningfully affect player rights or obligations — z3game will provide reasonable advance notice via email to registered account holders and/or by prominently displaying a notification on the platform.

Continued use of the z3game platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14 above.

The date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Players are encouraged to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which z3game's international gaming license is held. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from the player's use of the z3game platform shall be submitted in the first instance to z3game's internal complaints resolution process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through z3game's internal process within 8 weeks of the initial complaint, the player may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by z3game's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are provided within the z3game platform's support documentation.

z3game does not accept the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts for gaming-related disputes; however, nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights a player may hold under applicable Pakistani consumer protection law.
